Anti-Slop Product Scorecard
A launch-quality gate for digital products before they go public. It forces the hard questions: who is this for, what can they use in one sitting, what is original here, what gets measured, and what would make us kill it?
Score each category from 1 to 10.
1. Buyer specificity
9+: a named buyer in a recognizable situation. Kill if it could be for anyone.
2. Immediate utility
9+: the buyer can get value in 30 minutes. Hold if it is mostly motivational or conceptual.
3. Original assembly
9+: authored framing, examples, workflow, and judgment. Hold if it feels like a generic AI answer.
4. Completeness
9+: instructions, examples, blank template, and checklist. Hold if the buyer must invent the next step.
5. Claim safety
10 required. No guaranteed revenue, legal outcomes, medical results, financial returns, or invented proof.
6. Protected-action safety
10 required. No restricted brand/customer surfaces, private data, spend, or platform action outside approval.
7. Packaging
9+: title, subtitle, preview, CTA, and product contents are obvious in seconds.
8. Campaign fit
9+: at least five strong content angles and a clear first-human source.
9. Density
9+: every page has a job. Rewrite if more than 20 percent could be deleted without loss.
10. Measurement object
9+: conversion event, decision signal, reusable learning, and kill/continue rule are defined before launch.
Fail-closed rules
Do not launch if the product has no target human, no first-human source, no hook, no proof/evidence boundary, no CTA, no conversion event, no measurement plan, no kill rule, or no reuse plan.
This scorecard does not guarantee sales. It is a quality and launch-readiness screen so the Factory ships fewer unfinished products and learns from every real exposure.
